The location of the hotel was fantastic, just a short walk from the main market square. This made it very convenient for exploring the city and experiencing the Christmas atmosphere. Additionally, the staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions or requests.

There were a few negative aspects of my stay at this hotel. the room was quite basic and felt a bit outdated in terms of decor.

We had a fantastic time staying in the heart of the city. The central location made it easy for us to explore the main square and nearby park. The rooms were large, clean, and recently renovated, providing a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed. The breakfast offered a good variety of choices, including delicious coffee. We also enjoyed relaxing in the snug beer garden after a day of sightseeing.

Some minor maintenance work was needed in certain areas of the hotel.

The room and bathroom were impeccably clean, and the hot water had good pressure. Despite being located in the heart of the city, our room in the back was wonderfully quiet. The hotel's breakfast was a highlight, offering a varied and high-quality selection of dishes. Moreover, the hotel's convenient location allowed us to explore this city's attractions easily, with the main square just a two-minute walk away. The staff were incredibly helpful, not only ensuring our stay was enjoyable but also arranging excursions for us.

The hotel is practically near the main market square inside the old city center, making it easy to walk to all sightseeing places. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service. The rooms are basic but have all the essentials with a comfortable double bed. And the breakfast included is a great value with a superb coffee!
